Stilla Wine Carafe
Designed in collaboration with Oliver Smith for the Australian design collective Just a Glass Act (JAGA), with an intention to elevate the joy of sharing a glass of wine.
Stilla comes from the Latin word for ‘a drop of liquid’ and this exquisite decanter is expertly designed as such.
“The idea was simple, to create a wine decanter entirely driven by its function.”
Special mention was made of its unique form and function when it won first prize at the PYD Product of the Year Award 2009. It was described as a poetic expression of the elemental nature of liquid and the joys of sharing a drink. It demands centrepiece attention on any table and will leave your guests intrigued by its enchanting qualities.
